APPOINTMENT DETAILS AND INFORMATION

WAIT TIME/ STOP TIME: 10 MINUTES OF WAIT IS FREE FOR LOCAL TRANSFERS.  LONG DISTANCE TRANSFERS RECEIVE 20 MINUTES,  AFTER WHICH YOU WILL BE BILLED IN INCREMENTS OF 15 MINUTES AT THE HOURLY RATE.  WAIT TIME WILL BE ROUNDED UP.

PEAK WEEKS: PEAK WEEKS MAY BE SUBJECT TO RATE INCREASES. CLIENT WILL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING.  

BOOKING MINIMUMS: 2-,4-, OR 8-HOUR MINIMUMS MAY BE REQUIRED ON SPECIAL EVENT NIGHTS.  EXAMPLES OF SPECIAL EVENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO NEW YEAR’S EVE, FOOD AND WINE, AND JAZZ ASPEN LABOR DAY WEEKEND.

LATE NIGHT AFTER 10:30 PM: ANY LOCAL TRANSFER AFTER 10:30 PM WILL BE CHARGED AN HOURLY RATE WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS.

CLEANING FEE: A CLEANING FEE MAY APPLY IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCES.  THESE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO EMESIS OR ABUSE OF A LIQUID SUBSTANCES THAT OCCURS IN A COMPANY VEHICLE.  A FEE OF $600 WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR FINAL BILL

SMOKING POLICY: DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY OF CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES ALIKE, ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING.  A $600 FEE FOR CLEANING WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR FINAL BILL.

SERVICE ANIMAL AND PET POLICY: SERVICE DOGS ARE ALLOW TO RIDE WITH PASSENGERS.  ALL OTHER PETS ARE ACCEPTABLE IF PRE-AUTHORIZED THROUGH OUR OFFICE AND THEY ARE IN PROPER CARRIERS.

GRATUITY: GRATUITY IS OPTIONAL. 


CANCELATION GUILDLINES

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK-UP: 50% OF THE ESTIMATED CHARGED WILL BE BILLED TO THE CARD ON FILE. DEPOSIT EXEMPT.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PICK-UP: 100% OF ESTIMATED CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO THE CARD ON FILE. DEPOSIT EXEMPT.

CHANGES WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PICK-UP: MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE VIA VOICE CALL OR TEXT MESSAGE.  YOU MAY BE ASSESSED A WAIT TIME CHARGES BASED ON CIRCUMSTANCES.  CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO VARY. DEPOSIT EXEMPT.

NO-SHOW: 100% OF ESTIMATED CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO THE CARD ON FILE.

PRIVACY: WE ABIDE BY ALL PRIVACY LAWS AND WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION.  

DELIVERY OF SERVICE:  WE STAND BEHIND OUR SERVICE AND THE EXPECTATIONS WE SET. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SERVICE YOU BOOKED IN THE REQUIRED TIME.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER BASED DELAYS, TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS, ROAD CLOSURES, UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS, UNFORESEEABLE MECHANICAL FAILURES ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE WHOLLY OUT OF OUR CONTROL OR COULD BE DEEMED AND ACT OF GOD.

COMMUNICATION: COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DRIVER AND CLIENT WILL BE VIA CELL PHONE TEXT OR VOICE CALL. DRIVER WILL CONTACT CLIENT DIRECTLY 1- TO 4-HOURS PRIOR TO TRANSFER.  DISPATCH AND RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE BY PHONE AND EMAIL FROM 7:00 AM UNTIL 10:30 PM.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

PAYMENTS: WE ARE PCI COMPLIANT.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH STRIPE AND ONLY USED FOR AGREED UPON SERVICES.  SPECIAL DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS, AND TRAIL MEMBERSHIPS INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. 

DEPOSITS:  MAY BE REQUIRED ON LARGE BOOKING WITH MULTIPLE TRANSFERS.  DEPOSITS WILL BE 20% OF ENTIRE BOOKING.  DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF RESERVATIONS ARE CANCELED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO START OF FIRST RESERVATION.   

AT TIME OF BOOKING: WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO BE ON FILE AT TIME OF BOOKING.  VERBAL COLLECTION OF CREDIT CARD IS CURRENTLY REQUIRED.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: CREDIT CARDS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH STIPE.  CLIENTS WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE PAYMENTS VIA ONLINE PORTAL SENT AT TIME OF BOOKING AND AFTER COMPLETION OF TRANSFER. YOU WILL HAVE 24-HOURS TO REMIT PAYMENT IN FULL VIA ONLINE PORTAL.  AFTER 24-HOURS IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BE REMITTED THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE BALANCE.

REFUND POLICY: ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  YOU CAN STILL REQUEST A REFUND VIA EMAIL AT ASPENSNOWMASS@KARIZMALIMO.COM.  REQUESTING A REFUND DOES NOT GUARANTEE A REFUND NOR ENTITLE YOU TO ONE. REFUND REQUESTS CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO BE REVIEWED.
